FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Electrical Design Engineer to lead electrical design and development of advanced wafer probe card solutions.

You will work with customers and global design teams to translate requirements into manufacturable, tested designs that meet DFT rules and product specs. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing Engineering, and distributed design groups to deliver feasible, quality solutions on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in electrical design for test/measurement equipment.
• Experience with PCB layout, signal integrity, and design verification.
• Strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced wafer probe cards based on customer specs and DFT rules.
• Develop electrical circuits and netlists for probe cards and PCBs.
• Prepare design data for probe heads and PCB components.
• Perform PCB layout activities including routing and signal integrity checks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to meet schedules.
• Define and improve electrical design processes and tool usage.
