Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Price/Cost Proposal Analyst Level 4 to support the Strike Division on site at Palmdale, CA; Rancho Bernardo, CA; or Melbourne, FL. The role evaluates proposals for FAR/DFARS compliance and prepares PCAR analyses; offers career growth in a diverse, inclusive environment.

You will conduct market research, develop cost models, and provide negotiation support while coordinating with engineers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience with cost/price analysis and report writing.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate proposals for FAR/NG requirements.
• Prepare PCAR analyses including labor, material, and ODCs.
• Conduct market research and develop cost estimating models.
• Interface with engineers to integrate technical evaluations into cost analyses.
• Provide negotiation support throughout subcontract definitization.
