Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems seeks a Senior Principal Price/Cost Proposal Analyst Level 4 to support the Strike Division on site in Melbourne, FL. The role may also involve duties at Palmdale, CA or Rancho Bernardo, CA as needed.

The successful candidate will conduct detailed price/cost analyses, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and lead negotiation support with suppliers, preparing clear documentation and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Must have Price/Cost Analysis experience including report writing.
• Government contracting environment knowledge (FAR/DFARS) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates proposals for FAR/NGAS requirements compliance.
• Prepares PCAR to validate labor, material, ODCs, rates and profit/fee.
• Develops cost estimating models and evaluates price reasonableness.
