Qualifications

• USMC aviation flight experience required.
• Minimum of 500 flight hours.
• Experience developing, delivering and sustaining training.
• Experience briefing senior military officers.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Active DoD Secret clearance, adjudicated within the last 5 years OR under continuous evaluation (CE).

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance to engineers developing mission planning solutions for USMC aviation platforms (UI/UX, workflow, deployment).
• Conduct briefings and demonstrations to Program Offices and Marine Corps/MAWTS-1 and other agencies.
• Collaborate with customer pilots for feedback on mission planning products.
• Deliver training and address help desk questions from the USMC pilot community.
