Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with aviation experience (8+ years) OR Master’s with 6+ years OR PhD with 4+ years.
• USMC aviation flight experience (minimum 500 hours).
• Experience in mission planning, training development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance on mission planning solutions for USMC aviation platforms (UI/UX, workflow, deployment).
• Conduct briefings and demonstrations to program offices and Marine Corps leadership.
• Collaborate with customer pilots for feedback on mission planning products.
• Deliver training and address help desk questions from the USMC pilot community.
