Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, biomedical, electrical, or related).
• 12+ years’ experience in medical device R&D or clinical engineering.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, clinical, quality, and regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate VoC insights into clinical and engineering scope proposals.
• Support train-the-trainer and R&D rollouts.
• Assist surgeons and clinical staff with demos and interactions.
• Support high-tire clinical investigations when needed.
• Advise on usability and risk.
• Draft and support technical and clinical documentation for regulatory submissions and post-market reporting.
