Ladders seeks a Senior Principal, Business Management to shape operational strategy in healthcare and analytics. This remote role partners with Finance and cross-functional teams to improve forecasting, budgeting, and performance visibility.

You will build KPI frameworks, translate data into actionable insights, and drive AI-enabled reporting enhancements while guiding strategic process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, SaaS, corporate planning, or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial and operational data.
• Ability to distill complex issues into actionable plans.
• Proven relationship-building and communication across all levels of the organization.
• Experience navigating ambiguity with a structured approach.
• Demonstrated leadership influencing cross-functional teams.
