Qualifications

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in mechanical design for military, aerospace, or commercial applications.
  • Experience with phased array structures, hardware packaging, and/or array integration in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship required; active DoD Secret clearance after day 1.

  • Work with minimal direction while determining technical objectives.
  • Communicate effectively across program and customer levels.
  • Travel periodically to support collaboration, hardware build, and testing.

Job description

Requirements

  • Experience in metrology

  • Experience in ruggedized or military integration

  • Experience with Creo (Pro/E) or similar 3D solid modeling software

  • Familiarity with design and manufacturing processes of CCAs, metal housing, sheet metal, or assembly operations

  • Leadership skills and project management for strategic decisions

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Advanced degree in STEM (valued)
