Accenture is seeking a learning strategy and managed services practitioner to shape end-to-end learning engagements and drive measurable client outcomes. You will collaborate with senior L&D leaders, contribute to governance models, and help translate strategy into scalable operations.

Role emphasizes designing operating models, vendor ecosystems, and AI-enabled learning capabilities, with a focus on driving business impact and growth across accounts.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, learning operations, talent consulting or a combination of all.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience contributing to or supporting client engagements, with growing responsibility for workstream and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Shape, manage and contribute to learning managed services engagements, supporting operating model design and governance.
• Engage senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, Head of L&D) to shape strategy and build trusted relationships.
• Support business development within existing and prospective accounts, including proposals and RFPs as part of go-to-market strategy.
• Contribute to design and architecture of learning managed services solutions, defining the operating model spanning governance, roles, and vendor ecosystems.
• Support advisory on learning strategy and operating model design, bridging strategic intent with execution and measuring ROI.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models embedding automation and analytics across governance, processes and tech.
• Contribute to thought leadership, reusable IP, and Accenture’s go-to-market capabilities as AI disrupts learning.
