Job summary

Accenture seeks a Learning Strategy Consultant to lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, shaping operating models and AI-enabled learning solutions for clients in a fast-evolving AI-driven environment.

You will build strong client relationships, apply structured problem-solving, and translate learning investments into measurable business outcomes with data-driven insights and executive storytelling. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry
• Demonstrated fluency with generative AI platforms and ability to apply AI tools to improve deliverables
• Strong project management skills handling multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, high-quality slides/written documents
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose challenges into insights
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design
• Work on learning capability diagnostics and needs assessments to identify gaps and build roadmaps
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models embedding automation, personalization, and analytics
• Connect learning strategy to business performance outcomes with KPIs and analytics
• Shape and deliver agentic learning strategies embedding AI-powered enablement tools
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences
• Stay current on AI in learning, track trends, and contribute to Accenture IP and IP development
