RTX is seeking a Senior Integrated Product Team Leader to own the High-Pressure Compressor static hardware for the ECU HPC CIPT. This role demands leadership across design, procurement, production, assembly, and validation, guiding IPTs and interfacing with CIPT, SIPT, IPMT, and Government customers.

The Sr. IPTL will work with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure programmatic requirements are met, drive strategic decisions, and represent the CIPT in forums with Engineering Leadership and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years prior relevant experience OR
• Advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute large scale engineering plans - overseeing team progress, managing risks, and taking proactive steps to ensure team success
• Provide strategic leadership to the Static Hardware IPTs, ensuring the team is on track for key milestones that are 6+ months away
• Represent the team, providing upwards-facing communication to leadership within P&W Engineering, and externally to the Government customer.
• Integrate the ECU static hardware into the HPC module and engine - promoting compromise and a framework for all requirements to be met
• Interface with the CIPT, SIPT, IPMT, and Compression Systems Engineering Leadership to ensure each the needs of each organization are met
• Account for learning across the P&W portfolio, serving as the ECU representative on the Part Family Council
• Work with managers and the CIPT to deploy staffing and mentoring plans that ensure team health and development
• 10% Travel
