CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Practice/Tech Director (HCM Agency Deployment & Transition) to lead large-scale federal HCM modernization using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

You will orchestrate agency migrations from legacy HR systems, manage data migration, security configuration, training, and go-live readiness across multiple agencies with variable sizes, while ensuring zero disruption to HR operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of IT project management or deployment management for enterprise systems.
• 8+ years leading ERP or HCM deployments for federal agencies, multi-site rollout experience.
• Experience managing full deployment lifecycles including readiness, cutover, go-live, parallel runs and hypercare.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end deployment planning and execution for agency transitions to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Conduct agency readiness assessments evaluating data migration, integration, security, and training readiness.
• Develop detailed cutover plans and go/no-go criteria for each agency migration event.
• Coordinate parallel run activities ensuring data synchronization and validation checkpoints.
• Manage cross-functional deployment activities across data migration, integration, security, training, and OCM teams.
• Lead hypercare support periods and ensure rapid issue resolution post go-live.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to agency HR teams on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM operations.
