Andr Global Inc. is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer with deep hands-on ESAD/ESAF expertise to anchor a Fuze design team. You will lead ESD, S&A, and firing chain design, ensuring safety certification and regulatory compliance.

The role requires proven experience with MIL-STD-1316/1911, environmental sensing/tests, and a strong network across Army, Navy, Air Force, and DoD labs. Onsite/hybrid position with potential travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience; or Master's with 8+ years.
• DoD Secret clearance required at hire; U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience navigating fuze safety boards (WSESRB, NNMSB, AFSRB) and liaising with DoD labs.

Mansioni

• Anchor ESAD/ESAF team and mentor fuze engineers.
• Lead design from concept to safety certification.
• Ensure compliance with MIL-STD and safety review boards.
• Collaborate with Army, Navy, Air Force, and DoD labs.
