Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a senior electrical engineer to lead full cycle PCB design for missile and vehicle systems. You will collaborate across teams to design fuzing circuitry, interconnect diagrams, and harnesses, with hands-on lab and flight testing.

The role requires extensive test experience, familiarity with MCU/FPGA devices, and eligibility for U.S. security clearance. Domestic travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex boards.
• Experience with instrument and test equipment for validation.
• Familiarity with Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB, etc.
• Experience with MCU/CPU/FPGA devices.
• DoD security clearance eligibility.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle PCB design from requirements to bring-up and integration.
• Develop fuzing circuitry for missile systems.
• Collaborate with vehicle teams to design and document fuzing and effectors.
• Create system interconnect diagrams and wire harness definitions.
• Support other air vehicle subsystems development constraints.
• Conduct vendor surveys and component sourcing evaluations.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate with disciplines.
• Assemble and test components in lab, ground, and flight tests.
• Low level firmware bring-up and testing.
• Perform root-cause analysis in field operations.
