Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to own the design and delivery of enterprise-level executive review frameworks and dashboards.

You will collaborate with Finance, Enterprise Systems, and cross-functional teams to collect data, ensure quality, and produce executive-ready materials for leadership decisions. You will synthesize financial, operational, customer, and strategic inputs into concise narratives, drive KPI accuracy, and build forward-looking analyses to anticipate risks

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise planning, enterprise operations, data analytics, or strategic finance in tech/SaaS.
Experience building executive performance reports integrating data from multiple functions.
Ability to use Excel, BI tools, or equivalent for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Define the enterprise executive reporting framework and cadence for leadership.
Synthesize financial, operational, and strategic inputs into clear narratives for decisions.
Collaborate with Enterprise Systems and Finance to ensure data quality and KPI accuracy.
Develop concise, executive-level dashboards and briefing materials.
Manage the reporting production calendar and review process for timely materials.
Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and risk insights for strategic decisions.
Continuously improve processes and templates to enhance executive communication.
