Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to design and deliver an enterprise-level executive review framework and dashboards for senior leaders.

You will collaborate with Finance, Enterprise Systems, and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, craft concise narratives, and provide scenario-based insights that drive timely decisions. The role focuses on building repeatable, decision-oriented reporting, developing executive materials, and improving KPI accuracy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise planning or executive reporting for tech/SaaS
• Experience creating company-wide executive performance materials
• Analytical ability with data, trends, and implications using Excel/BI tools
• Strong experience with Power BI or Tableau and executive storytelling
• Proficient in using AI to automate reporting and dashboards
• MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture and cadence.
• Synthesize inputs into clear narratives explaining drivers and actions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Enterprise Systems to reconcile data and improve KPI accuracy.
• Develop executive dashboards and briefing materials that are concise and clear.
• Manage the reporting calendar, reviews and deep-dives for timely, accurate materials.
• Provide forward-looking analyses and scenarios for insight and decisions.
• Improve processes and tools to reduce manual effort and elevate executive communication.
