Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal, Planning Process to design and lead the company’s integrated enterprise planning process, connecting long-range planning, annual planning, and in-year execution into one rhythm.

You will collaborate with Corp FP&A, translate priorities into frameworks, and equip executives with analyses to align investments and resources. The role requires 10 years of SaaS experience, strong analytics, and executive communication; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in enterprise strategy, planning, or SaaS operations.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide planning cycles across functions.
• Experience linking long-range planning with portfolio prioritization and in-year performance.
• Executive presence and ability to influence in a matrixed org.
• Analytical capability to model scenarios and surface trade-offs.
• Ability to present executive-ready materials translating inputs into concise insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end enterprise planning process, governance, milestones, and decisions.
• Translate priorities into planning frameworks, templates, and analytical requirements.
• Analyze plans, identify inter-dependencies, surface gaps, risks, and trade-offs.
• Create executive-ready presentations and concise recommendations.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and document outcomes.
• Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and measures.
