Job summary

UKG seeks a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to design and deliver enterprise-level executive reviews and dashboards that provide senior leaders with a concise, data-backed view of performance.

You will partner with Finance, Enterprise Systems, and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and strong narratives that drive timely decisions. You will synthesize diverse inputs, produce executive-ready materials, and continuously improve reporting processes to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise planning or strategic finance within a tech/SaaS organization.
• Experience developing company-level executive performance reporting or leadership materials.
• Analytical ability to collect/validate data and translate findings into implications using Excel/BI tools.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms and crafting executive narratives.
• Proficiency in using AI for automated reporting and dashboarding.
• Experience writing/presenting executive-ready content for senior leadership.
• Ability to exercise strategic judgment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise executive reporting framework and cadence for a consistent, decision-oriented view.
• Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategic inputs into clear narratives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and functional teams to reconcile data and improve KPI accuracy.
• Develop concise, visually clear executive dashboards and briefing materials.
• Manage the reporting production calendar, reviews, and deep-dives for timely, accurate materials.
• Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and implications for insight and risk anticipation.
• Improve templates and tools to reduce manual effort and elevate executive communication.
