Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to own enterprise-level executive review frameworks and dashboards for senior leaders.

You will collaborate with Finance, Enterprise Systems, and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency, challenging inputs for clarity and delivering executive-ready narratives. Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise planning, enterprise business operations, data analytics, or strategic finance in a technology or SaaS organization.
• Experience developing company-level executive performance reporting or leadership materials that integrate information from multiple functions.
• Analytical ability to collect, validate data, identify performance drivers, and translate findings into implications and recommendations using Excel, BI tools, or equivalents.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms linking insights to executive narratives.
• Proficiency in using AI for automated reporting and dashboards.
• Experience writing, designing, and presenting executive-ready content for senior leadership with clear storylines and decisions.
• Ability to exercise strategic judgment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture, cadence, standards, and content requirements for a consistent view of performance.
• Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategic inputs into clear narratives explaining key drivers and actions required.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and functional teams to collect and reconcile data and strengthen KPI accuracy and narrative quality.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and briefing materials that are concise and visually clear.
• Manage the reporting production calendar, review process, and deep-dives to ensure timely, accurate materials.
• Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and implications to move reporting toward insight and strategic decisions.
• Continuously improve templates, processes, and tools to reduce manual effort and enhance executive communication.
