Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to own the design and delivery of enterprise-level executive review framework and dashboards.

This role provides senior leaders with a concise, fact-based view of company performance and strategic initiatives with gaps and risks identified for timely decisions. The role collaborates with Finance and Enterprise Systems to ensure data quality, challenge inputs for clarity, and produce executive-ready materials that enable faster, better-informed

Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience in enterprise planning, operations, data analytics, or strategic finance within a technology or SaaS organization.
Demonstrated experience developing company-level executive performance reporting or leadership materials.
Strong ability to translate data into implications and recommendations using Excel or BI tools.

Responsibilities

Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture, cadence, standards, and content.
Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategy inputs into clear narratives.
Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and functional teams to reconcile data and improve KPI accuracy.
Develop concise, executive-ready dashboards and briefing materials.
Manage the reporting production calendar, reviews, and deep-dives for timely, accurate materials.
Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and implications for decision support.
Continuously improve processes, templates, and tools to reduce manual effort.
