Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of enterprise planning, enterprise business operations, data analytics, or strategic finance experience.
• Experience delivering company-level executive performance reporting that integrates multiple functions.
• Analytical ability to validate data, identify trends, and translate findings into implications.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for executive narratives.
• Proficient in using AI for automated reporting and dashboards.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture, cadence, standards, and content requirements.
• Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategic inputs into clear narratives with actions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and functions to reconcile data and improve KPI accuracy.
• Develop executive dashboards and briefing materials that are concise and clear.
• Manage the reporting calendar, review process, and deep-dives for alignment.
• Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and implications for decisions.
• Improve templates and tools to reduce manual effort and elevate executive communication.
