Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of engineering experience.
OSHA 40-Hr. HAZWOPER certification.
Geologic, Engineering, or Science Degree required.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with clients throughout Orange County and Southern California.
Identify and capture new business opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
Lead proposal development, presentations, interviews, and contract negotiations to secure work.
Achieve annual sales, revenue growth, and backlog targets through proactive business development.
Mentor staff and serve as a visible leader within the region.
