Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks a Principal/Senior Principal Consultant to expand Orange County market presence, win work, and lead cross-disciplinary teams in a seller-doer role. The position focuses on revenue growth, client partnerships, and high-quality project delivery across Southern California.

Ideal candidate will mentor staff, drive strategic opportunities, and shape the Orange County practice while maintaining safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a seller-doer with ability to generate revenue and grow client relationships.
• Established network of client and industry contacts in Orange County and Southern California.
• Strong understanding of environmental consulting, regulatory compliance, due diligence, remediation, redevelopment, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients throughout Orange County and Southern California.
• Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities aligned with strategic growth objectives.
• Lead proposal development, presentations, interviews, and contract negotiations to secure new work.
• Achieve annual sales, revenue growth, and backlog targets through proactive business development.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and events to enhance market visibility and generate leads.
