Qualifications

• Geologic, Engineering, or Science Degree.

• Experience managing projects and portfolios with capital expenditures in excess of $4-10M.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with clients throughout Orange County and Southern California.
• Lead proposal development, presentations, interviews, and contract negotiations to secure new work.
• Provide senior-level technical oversight and strategic direction for complex environmental projects.
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching and career development planning.
• Maintain accountability for financial performance of projects and client portfolios.
