Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license in WA and OR or ability to obtain within six months.
• 15+ years of progressive experience managing transportation projects for WA/OR agencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for multidisciplinary infrastructure projects over $3 million annual value.
• Lead business development across Washington and Oregon with strategic growth alignment.
• Mentor junior engineers and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and professional organizations.
