Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, sales, or account management.
• Background in semiconductor IC, ASIC/SoC, or foundry services.
• Experience with data center electronics ecosystem.
• Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals.
• Established NAM ecosystem network.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities across NAM data center customers.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to contract execution.
• Position solutions including Open RISC‑V compute architectures, high‑performance CPU IP, and end‑to‑end offerings.
• Own strategic customer relationships as primary account owner across engineering, purchasing, and executive levels.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer roadmaps.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting and CRM management, track revenue progress.
• Develop ecosystem relationships with design houses, system integrators, and partners; support industry engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, marketing, and foundry teams; input to product roadmap.
