Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Electrical Engineer in Rancho Bernardo, CA to lead integrated test plans and system-level analyses in an Agile environment. This role requires DOORS/Jazz experience and MQ-4C Triton background is preferred.

You will guide lab testing, coordinate test activities, and drive test readiness across multiple teams. The position offers a flexible work arrangement with a 9/80 schedule, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM with extensive related experience or higher degrees with corresponding years of experience.
• Active US Government Secret clearance with eligibility for Continuous Evaluation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance when required.
• Ability to transfer and maintain final adjudicated clearance as needed for the program.
• Willingness to support extended hours, weekend shifts, and second shift.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish Integrated Test Plans and detailed test schedules for SYSIII testing.
• Provide laboratory support for integration testing activities.
• Lead test planning working groups and coordinate with design/analysis teams.
• Define test configurations and data requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Review test requirements for completeness of the program.
• Conduct technical analyses of complete systems and prepare system-level evaluations.
• Support test readiness reviews and pre/post-test briefings.
• Analyze post-test data to identify anomalies and drive resolutions.
