Medtronic in the United States (Mounds View, MN) is seeking a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering for a next‑generation Renal Denervation RF ablation generator. The role emphasizes systems development, risk management, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative medical devices.

Onsite work is required, with leadership across the full product lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of electrical systems engineering experience.
• Advanced degree with 8 years of electrical systems engineering experience.
• 6 years of electrical systems engineering experience with a PhD is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical engineering activities across concepts, architecture, circuit card design, fabrication, verification and validation.
• Serve as project execution lead and scrum master for electrical engineering activities.
• Own electrical systems development, integration and electrical characterization for the RF ablation generator.
• Ensure design verification and risk management align with regulatory requirements.
