Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer for its Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team. You will drive design, integration and verification of mixed-signal electronics for implantable devices and external systems, acting as a technical liaison to program management and manufacturing.

You will own hardware blocks, lead design reviews, develop tests, and mentor engineers while collaborating across functions to deliver life-saving medical technologies.

Qualifications

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR Master’s with 8 years OR PhD with 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on complex R&D programs and mentor engineers.
• Own key hardware blocks within implantable or external system architectures.
• Define production test requirements and collaborate with manufacturing engineering.
