The role sits at the intersection of strategy, development, and execution on-site in Minneapolis, MN, collaborating with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and Manufacturing to ensure patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have cross-functional leadership experience in large PDP programs.
• Ability to translate milestones into actionable plans with risk management.
• Experience in regulated medical device environments and design transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality strategy for a high-priority PDP program.
• Serve as the Quality voice on the Core Team across multiple functions.
• Drive key Quality deliverables: Risk Management, DVT, Design Transfer.
• Use program metrics to monitor Quality performance and mitigation.
• Influence cross-functional execution and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
