Job summary

Medtronic Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an experienced electrical/test engineer for its Cardiac Ablation Solutions unit in Mounds View. This onsite role focuses on hands-on development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of complex electronic assemblies and lab systems.

You will work with engineers to improve fixtures, conduct rigorous electrical tests, and mentor junior technicians while ensuring traceability and compliance across the lab and product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience training or supervising other technical staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for electrical product development, testing, troubleshooting, and lab operations.
• Assemble, modify, rework, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies, PCBs, cables, prototypes, test fixtures, and subsystems.
• Perform complex electrical tests; operate lab instrumentation; collect, analyze, and report data.
