Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Senior Principal Contract Administrator to lead complex contracts and act as the primary customer interface. The role focuses on negotiating, administering, and closing out contracts while coordinating with cross-functional teams across finance, supply chain, and legal.

The candidate will manage end-to-end proposal strategies, assess risks in RFPs/NDAs and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of contracts experience or master’s with 6 years.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial and U.S. Government contracting, including FAR/DFARS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracts focal for complex programs and interface with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end strategy for complex solicitations and RFPs, including evaluation of estimates and delivery schedules.
• Oversee post‑award contract administration, including modifications, changes, and closeout.
