Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr Principal Digital Design Engineer for the Tucson, AZ area to design and analyze digital electronic modules and CCAs for missile applications. The role requires leadership in a multi-discipline team and expertise with high-speed digital electronics, FPGAs, memory, and standard interfaces.

The position is onsite in Tucson, AZ with a DoD Secret clearance requirement and a path to transition from development to production. Relocation is offered.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering digital circuit design experience including multi-assembly system design
• Experience with PCB design process and tools for schematic capture, analysis and simulation before hardware execution
