Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Digital Design Engineer in Tucson, AZ, onsite. The role focuses on designing and validating digital electronic modules for missile applications, including hardware with processors, FPGAs, and high-speed interfaces.

Candidate should have extensive experience in digital circuit design and be able to take concepts through to verified hardware, with relocation assistance offered. This is a 100% onsite position requiring security clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and at least 8 years in digital circuit design.
• Experience: design of electronic circuit designs and multi-assembly system/unit design; from concept to hardware development and verification.
• PCB design process and schematic capture tools used to analyze and simulate designs before hardware execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis, simulation, test, and integration of digital modules/CCAs for missile applications.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement high-speed digital electronics, processors, FPGAs, memory, and interfaces.
