Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Digital Design Engineer for the Onsite Tucson team. You will design and analyze digital electronics for missile applications, including FPGA, memory, and high-speed interfaces. The role requires collaboration with engineers and hands-on verification through design and test.

The position is 100% onsite in Tucson and requires eligibility for DoD security clearance (Secret). RTX offers relocation and comprehensive benefits as part of a US-based role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering digital circuit design experience.
• Experience with PCB design and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, simulate, test and integrate digital electronic modules for missile applications.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement high-speed digital circuits, PCs, FPGAs, and interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, UART).
