Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years in manufacturing engineering/operations in production.
• Minimum of two years leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, manufacturing and test engineering to ensure safe, high-quality CTO data center products.
• Develop scalable manufacturing processes and test methods to support growth.
• Provide technical leadership and coach teams across functions.
• Establish standard work, routings, and process controls for repeatable execution.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
• Drive Lean and Eaton Business System (EBS) initiatives and data-driven decision making.
• Oversee capital equipment, automation, and test infrastructure projects.
• Monitor KPIs including safety, quality, throughput, delivery, and cost.
