Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager for Data & AI to lead a portfolio of products, driving customer and business value through end-to-end ownership of outcomes and clear OKRs. You will work with engineering, design, data, and stakeholders to deliver measurable value and ensure compliance with industry standards.

You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, prioritize initiatives by value, and guide lifecycle governance and adoption strategies across releases.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing product lifecycles from conception to delivery with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to align product strategies with business objectives and market opportunities at portfolio scale.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with sales, marketing, engineering, finance, customer success and executives.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making to improve offerings and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns and executes the product vision and strategy for a Data & AI product or portfolio.
• Translates strategic objectives into actionable plans and defines portfolio-level prioritization.
• Manages product lifecycle activities from ideation through launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Partners with Data & AI Product Operations to define and report on product values.
• Develops and maintains an outcome-focused product roadmap with milestones and timelines.
