Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Technical Product Manager specializing in AI Solutions to own the generative AI and automation portfolio for Customer Operations. You will lead an engineering team, drive a roadmap for AI-powered self-service and agent support, and shape guardrails and evaluation frameworks.

This hands-on role requires experience shipping LLM-enabled automation in customer service contexts, collaboration with legal and security teams, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements

Qualifications

6+ years in product management or related roles.
Demonstrated AI enabled solutions in enterprise/customer contexts.
Experience with LLM-enabled automation and agentic AI in production.

Responsibilities

Own AI in Customer Operations vision, roadmap, and backlog.
Lead discovery with stakeholders to identify high‑value AI use cases with success metrics.
Create PRDs, user stories, and specs for AI capabilities (agents, prompts, grounding).
Publish production‑ready prompts and configurations; treat prompts as ongoing discipline.
Define AI quality metrics and monitor production behavior for continuous improvement.
Advise on buy/build/configure decisions across the AI platform landscape.
