Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager for Data & AI to drive end-to-end product outcomes and align with enterprise OKRs. You will lead a cross-functional team, balance customer needs with business goals, and guide a portfolio with measurable value and governance.

You will partner with engineering, design, data science, sales, and marketing to shape strategy,15 implement iterative improvements, and ensure compliance across privacy and security.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Translate strategy into actionable portfolio plans.

Responsibilities

• Owns and executes the product vision and strategy for a Data & AI portfolio.
• Translates strategic objectives into actionable plans for the product team.
• Manages product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Partners with Product Operations to define and report on product value.
• Develops and maintains an outcome-focused roadmap with milestones.
