Job summary

Cencora in Texas seeks a Senior Principal Product Manager, Data & AI, to lead a portfolio of data products and drive customer and business value through end-to-end product outcomes.

You will align with enterprise priorities, develop an outcome-focused roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to iterate on solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible, and viable. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Leader in pharma/healthcare space or leading multiple teams and portfolios
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with tools such as ADO, Jira, Confluence and other agile project management tools is desirable

Responsibilities

• Owns and executes the product vision and strategy for a Data & AI product/portfolio with executive alignment
• Translates objectives into actionable plans for the product team and prioritizes initiatives by value and impact
• Manages product lifecycle from ideation through launch, adoption, and optimization with governance and value realization
• Partners with Data & AI Product Operations to define and report product values based on validated evidence
• Develops an outcome-focused roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and timelines
