Job summary

Cencora seeks a Senior Principal Product Manager for Data & AI Product Management to own a portfolio of products, drive end-to-end value, and align OKRs with senior leadership. You will partner with engineering, design, data, and key stakeholders to shape strategy and outcomes.

You will lead discovery, guide agile delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable outcomes for customers and the business across healthcare domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or product leadership experience in healthcare/pharma or related domains.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with agile project management tools and collaboration platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Owns and executes the product vision and strategy for a Data & AI product or portfolio, aligning with enterprise priorities and customer needs.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans for the product team, prioritizing initiatives by business value and impact.
• Manage lifecycle activities from ideation to launch, adoption, and optimization with governance and value realization.
• Partner with Data & AI Product Operations to define and report product values grounded in evidence.
• Develop and maintain an outcome-focused roadmap with milestones and timelines; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate people leadership, coaching, and performance management.
