Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM from an accredited university with 9 years of cybersecurity experience or Master’s with 7 years or PhD with 4 years.
• Experience with DoD SSE activities (security requirements engineering, risk assessment and management, secure architecture design, implementation and verification).
• Experience with RMF, System Security Plans, Assessment Reports, attack path modeling, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and IPTs/subcontractors in design, implementation, and test/verification.

Responsibilities

• Apply system security engineering methods and techniques across the lifecycle.
• Develop and analyze requirements, supporting trade studies.
• Develop system architecture and modeling; prepare technical documents and briefings.
• Support authorization efforts with documentation, procedures, and fast-changing environments.
• Lead SSE duties and provide technical direction for secure architecture solutions.
• Interface with cyber functional areas and executives to ensure mission success.
