Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of related exp or a Master's with 6 years.
• Must hold an in-scope US Government Secret clearance; EA within 6 years or Continuous Evaluation.
• Special Access Program (SAP) clearance required before start; required for continued employment.
• Current IAM Level II certification; maintenance is a condition of employment.
• Experience in Windows Server/Desktop management, VMware, MCM, and PowerShell.
• Active Directory infrastructure management experience.
• Proficiency with web apps administration (Atlassian, Coverity, Fortify).
• Knowledge of security monitoring tools (Splunk/Nessus/SolarWinds).
• Ability to work after hours and weekends as program needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead lab infrastructure design, deployment, configuration and management.
• Oversee desktop virtualization and host system administration.
• Handle network and security functions for multiple dev environments.
• Develop software and automation tools for customer teams and maintenance.
• Configure hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing and simulations.
• Integrate avionics systems into test environments to meet performance criteria.
• Develop aircraft simulations reflecting real operational scenarios.
• Set up and operate test stations for comprehensive testing.
