RTX is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities group in the United States. The role focuses on leading CPTL discipline activities for remote test facilities and integrating with joint execution with USG, while managing multiple IPDTs and ensuring program outcomes.

Responsibilities include customer liaison, schedule governance, contract extension planning, and travel coordination, with 25% travel expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or math (STEM) required.
• Program Management Certification required.
• Experience in multiple test areas including requirements, testing, architecture, hardware/software test, and leading teams.

Mansioni

• Directly lead the team within CPTL discipline for remote test facility development and integration with joint execution with the UGS.
• Directly leads multiple IPDTs of varying complexity with focus on test equipment and missile operations.
• Accountable for all program outcomes including cost, schedule and quality, including P&L activities.
• Ensure the program schedule is executed within governance with 25%+ travel.
• Serve as customer relationship manager or escalation point depending on project magnitude.
• Coordinate customer and partner communication, VTCs, lab scheduling and tabletop meetings.
• Prepare Monthly Business Reports, review CPARs and respond.
• Provide leadership for contract extension planning, scheduling, offer preparation and Gate 4 prep.
• Program travel coordination and obtaining/maintaining program access as required.
