RTX seeks a Deputy Systems Engineering Cross Product Team Lead for the LTAMDS program. You will oversee SE CPT deliverables, provide day-to-day tactical support, and coordinate with program and functional leads across LTAMDS and GhostEye work products.

You will guide execution, perform data analysis, and mentor leads to ensure timely, high-quality results in a demanding defense environment. Based in MA or AL with onsite work.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required with 10 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Systems Engineering or multi-disciplinary engineering
• Experience as a team lead or IPTL with a team size of 10+
• Experience leading multidisciplinary systems engineering teams
• Experience leading teams and IPTs with metrics and interfacing with senior management
• Experience in preparing customer/management level briefings

Mansioni

• Collaborate with SE CPT lead to drive execution across LTAMDS and Ghosteye portfolios
• Track progress with execution team leads and program leads to identify issues and opportunities
• Support weekly program management materials to communicate progress and issues
• Review program R&O boards to ensure risks are identified and boarded
• Provide support to EAC execution across departments and engineering leadership
• Coach program leads in EAC position development and variance analysis
• Coordinate with function leads to support staffing, process and execution
