Responsibilities

• Support cost, schedule, and technical execution for assigned program scope.
• Assist with EAC updates, staffing projections, and planning artifacts.
• Maintain disciplined technical baseline and configuration management.
• Develop and track engineering metrics and technical performance measures.
• Coordinate across IPTs, program leadership, and stakeholders.
• Ensure tasks meet budgets and schedules; support proposal inputs.
• Coordinate engineering disciplines for alignment and technical consistency.
• Apply data-driven decisions balancing cost, schedule, risk.
• Prepare for major reviews and milestones; ensure contractual requirements.
