Peyton Resource Group seeks a Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer to lead development of high-performance analog power management ICs. You will drive architecture, transistor-level design, simulation, validation, and production release while collaborating with global teams.

Requirements include 15+ years in semiconductor engineering and 8+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, with expertise in DC-DC converters, EDA flows, and PMIC production. Strong communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• 15+ years of semiconductor engineering experience.
• 8+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Strong experience with DC-DC power converter architectures (voltage-mode and current-mode).
• Experience with EDA flows including capacitive coupling, parasitic extraction, and floating-node analysis.
• Experience with production release of power management ICs.
• Excellent technical communication skills.
