Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of analog power management ICs with focus on efficiency, power density, and reliability.
• Define product architecture and specifications in collaboration with system engineers.
• Select circuit topologies optimized for performance, robustness, yield, and manufacturability.
• Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and validation.
• Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize floor planning, parasitics, and silicon performance.
• Partner with design, test, and characterization teams on validation, troubleshooting, and production test strategies.
• Lead technical reviews and communicate design decisions, analyses, and trade-offs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of semiconductor engineering experience.
• 8+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Strong experience with DC-DC power converter architectures, including voltage-mode and current-mode control.
• Experience with EDA tools and flows, including EMIR, capacitive coupling, parasitic extraction, and floating-node analysis.
• Experience with production release of power management ICs.
• Excellent technical communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, SIMPLIS, and ADS.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with high-frequency switching power supplies.
