Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of mixed-signal or analog IC design experience.
• Deep expertise in CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Experience with power management architectures and transistor-level design.
• Strong silicon debug, characterization, and production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Define system and circuit architectures for complex mixed-signal and PMICs.
• Lead development of analog and mixed-signal functions (PMICs, multi-phase DC/DC, precision analog circuits).
• Drive execution from concept through silicon validation and production release.
• Establish design methodologies and standards across projects.
• Lead architectural tradeoff discussions on performance, power, area, cost, and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
