You will define architectures, mentor engineers, influence roadmaps, and drive projects from concept through silicon validation and release. Qualifications

BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering required.
15+ years of mixed-signal or analog IC design experience.
Proven track record developing complex semiconductor products.

Responsibilities

Define system and circuit architectures for complex mixed-signal ICs.
Lead development of PMICs and high-performance analog functions.
Drive concept-to-silicon validation and production release.
Establish design methodologies and engineering standards across projects.
Lead architectural tradeoff discussions on performance, power, area and cost.
Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional teams across sites.
Represent ADI in customer and partner discussions.
